Two points define a line and are enough information to find slope for the line.

Look at the formula for slope:
Two points may be known (u,v) and unknown (x,y).
The slope is , which is the vertical change divided by horizontal change.

Multiply,....




Compute the slope, pick EITHER point, and setup the equation in that form. Simplify however you need.
