First each equation must be solved for y, then graph the equations.
3x-6y=9
6y=9-3x

x-2y=3
-2y=-x+3

Then graph

Your solution is the intersection of the two lines. Fyi, the lines are perpendicular because each slope is the opposite.
This gives (3,0) as your answer.
