USING THE LINE FORMULA Y=mX+b WE SUBSTITUTE THE X & Y VALUES & THE SLOPE & SOLVE FOR THE Y INTERCEPT(b)
-5=-2*-3+b
-5=6+b

b=-11 SO THE LINE EQUATION IS:
Y=-2X-11
