According to standard form, this vertex is (-2,-4). Pick your other points according to which you like. Try to do simple ones. x=0, x=1, x=-4, whichever else.

From the above equation, vertex of parabola, or (h, k) = (- 2, - 4)
Two x-values to the LEFT of h = - 2 are: , which will give the two points, (- 3, - 3) and (- 4, 0)
