y is equal to or greater than -x - 2

y >= -x-2

Graph the EQUALITY y=-x-2
That is the boundary for the INEQUALITY.
Now, determine which side (half-plane) of the line
is the graph of the INEQUALITY.
Select a test point, like (0,0)
Subtitute its x,y values into the INEQUALITY to see
if (0,0) in in the half-plane solution set:
0>-0-2
0>-2
That is true, so (0,0) is in the solution set.
The side containing (0,0) is the solution half-plane.

The entire graph solution is the boundary line plus the half-plane
identified above.
