Question 82958: Can someone please, please show me how to do this?
Graph x + y = –2.
Answer by tutorcecilia(2152) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y=mx+b [re-write the equation in the slope-intercept format]
x+y=-2 [solve for the y-term]
x-x+y=-x-2
y=-x-2
The line will cross the y-axis at point (0, -2)
The slope = -1/1 or 1/-1 [graph]
