We can start here: 15 - 3x can not equal zero
15 - 3x = 0
15 = 3x
5 = x
Ok, when 15 - 3x is positive, 21 divided by a positive number is .... positive.
When 15 - 3x is negative, 21 divided by a negative number is negative.
