Remember that perpendicular lines have slopes the are the negative reciprocal of each other.
You can use this fact to determine which tow equations represent perpendicular lines.
Your equations (with the exception of (d)) are in the slope-intercept form: y = mx+b, so this make the job easier.
The slope in equation (b) is m = 3.
The slope in equation (c) is m = -1/3
These slopes are the negative reciprocal of each other, so the lines represented by these two equations are perpendicular.
