I am just not that great at doing algebra in my head and word problems makes it worse if any one could help and help me understand the quagmire it would be great..right now i think the answer is purple because aliens do not wear hats....
Suppose the birth rate among teenagers in a certain country, measured in births per 1000 females age 15-19, fell steadily from 62.3 in 1992 to 41.3 in 2005 graph the given data and determine an equation for the related line then use the equation to answer parts (a) and (b)

(b) Predict the birth rate among teenagers in 2009
