2x-3y=6
-3y=-2x%2B6
y=2x%2F3-2
The slope of this line is the "m" term, so the slope = 2%2F3
The important point to recognize in this problem is that if two lines are
perpendicular, then the product of their slopes is -1.
So to find the slope (m) of the the line L, determine what number
multiplied by 2/3 will equal -1:
