SETTING Y=0 WE HAVE
0=5X-2
5X=2
X=2/5 OR X=.4 (0.4,0) IS THIS POINT.
SETTING X=0 WE GET
Y=0X-2
Y=-2 OR (0,-2) IS THIS POINT.
