I have no idea where to even begin with this question. I was able to enter the function in my graphing calculator and draw the parabola.

Here is the graph of f(x)=3-x^2
f(x) is increasing over the interval (-3,0)
f(x) is decreasing over the interval (0,3)
f(x) reaches a maxima at 3, namely the point on the graph (0,3)
