Change the main 2-d inequality to slopeintercept form.
THAT along with and (if that was what you meant) is easily graphable. You are looking to highlight a region of the plane that fits all three conditions; or all three inequalities.
Note that you are looking for solutions which are only in the QIII and nowhere else.
