THUS WE SUBSTITUTE 3 FOR m AND THE POINTS (3,1 ) FOR X & Y VALUES RESPECTIVELY:
1=3*3+b
b=1-9
b=-8
THUS THE LINE FORMULA IS:
Y=3X-8
