draw a line wirh a positive slope and a negitive y- intercept?
Assume value of the slope that is positive and y-intercept is negative
m = 2 and b = -2
y = 3x - 2

Here is the graph

Y-intercept at (0, -2),
to locate the other point. use the slope.
m = 2 means move two units up and 1 unit right
Point is locate at (1, 0)
Draw a line passing the two points (0, -2) and (1, 0)
