NOW SUBSTITUTE THE X,Y VALUES OF THE POINT AND SOLVE TH STANDARD EQUATON FOR THE Y INTERCEPT(b)
5=5*-3+b
b=5-15
b=-10 SO THE EQUATION OF THIS PERPENDICULAR LINE IS.
Y=5X-10
