I think you meant to type Y = 4/5X - 10

Where m is the slope and b is the Y-intercept.
So yes, (0,-10) is the Y-intercept.

Add 10 to both sides

Multiply both sides by 5/4

Simplify

The x-intercept is (12.5,0)
