Graph it by determining two points on the line, then connecting them.

One point is (0,-2) - that's the y intercept. It's the y value when x = 0.

Pick an x value. Plug it into the equation. Find the y-value. That gives a second point.

Use x=1. Then y = 3/2 * 1 -2 = 3/2 - 2 = 3/2 - 4/2 = -1/2. That second point is (1,-1/2).

Draw the points, connect them with a line.
