Writing the equation in the slope-intercept form will give you:

The graph can be produced by finding two points that are solutions to the equation. The simplest way is to first let x = 0 and solve for y to get the coordinates of the first point (the y-intercept) then do the same thing in reverse, let y = 0 and solve for x to get the coordinates of the second point (the x-intercept).
Let x = 0
Simplify.

The first point is (0, 3)
Ley y = 0
Simplify. Subtract 3 from both sides.
Multiply both sides by -2.

The second point is (6, 0)
Now you would plot these two points on your coordinate graph paper after having drawn the x-axis and the y-axis, then connect the two points with a straight line and you're done! It should look like the graph below:
