y = ax^2 + bx + c || (0,4) ⇒ c = 4
4a - 2b = -22 (-18-c) ||Mult 1st Eq by 2 and Add to 2nd
16a + 4b = 20 (24-c)
24a= -24
a = -1 and b = 9
y = -x^2 +9x + 4
