Write the function in pencil.

Erase every "g"

Replace each of the erased "g"s with (16)

Do the arithmetic.

Hint: When replacing g in something like 0.61g^2, the 0.61 and the ^2 stay put -- you ONLY replace the g part.

For neatness sake, the g in W(g) gets replaced with 16 as well.
