Subtract 2x from each side of the inequality:
3x >= 2x -4
3x-2x >= 2x-2x -4
x>=-4

Locate -4 on the left side of the numberline, and shade to the right, including the endpoint. Interval notation (if you are doing this!) will be [-4, inf).
