We could write like this
:
-3(2x - 3) > -15
multiply both sides by -1, this changes the signs and reverses the inequality sign
3(2x - 3) < 15
Divide both sides by 3
2x - 3 < 5
Add 3 to both sides
2x < 5 + 3
2x < 8
divide both sides by 2
x < 4

Let's see if that's true, assume x is less than 4, lets say x = 3
-3(2(3) - 3 > -15
-3(6 - 3) > -15
-3(3) > -15
