what i've done so far is the following:
m= -4-5/ -3 - 0 = 9/3=3
I don't know how or what am i suppost to do the rest.

What you have done is perfectly fine.
You have found the slope of the line through the given points.
Slope = 3
Slope of any line perpendicular to this line = -1/3
Thus the slope of any line perpendicular to the line through points (0,5) and (-3, -4) is given by -1/3

The key here is remembering that perpendicular lines have slopes that are the negative reciprocal of each other.
So, if your first line has a slope of 3, then any line that is perpendicular to this will have a slope that is the negative reciprocal of 3 or
