I don't have the means or know how to graph it for you but I can show you one way to do it.
All log curves regardless of base have the y-axis as an asymptote and cross the x-axis at 1. logb(1)=0
The basic logx curve starts from (0,-∞), crosses the x-axis at 1 and gradually increases to ∞.
For given equation:y= 4 log base 2 (x+4)+2
(x+4) moves the asymptote 4 units left, that is, you have an asymptote at y=-4 and x-intercept at -3.
The multiplier 4 stretches the curve making it more positive for x>1 and more negative for x<1. No change to position of asymptote or x-intercept. Finally, the +2 in the equation bumps the entire curve 2 units up. The x-intercept point is moved to (-3,2), no change to position of asymptote.
