The -coordinate of the -intercept is 6. The -intercept is . An intercept is a point. You cannot designate a point with a number, it must (at least for points in ), be designated by an ordered pair (or ordered triple in 3-space, or ordered quadruple in 4-space, etc.).
Plot the -intercept. Move 4 units to the right and then 5 units down and plot a second point. Draw a line through the two points.
