You can put this solution on YOUR website!
find the slope
m = change of y / change of x
+m+=+%283-4%29+%2F+%285+-+-2%29+
+m+=+-1%2F7+

+y=mx%2Bb+
pick one of the ordered pairs and the m value and solve for b
+4+=+%28-1%2F7%29%28-2%29+%2B+b+
+4+=+2%2F7+%2B+b+
+28%2F7+=+2%2F7+%2B+b+
+26%2F7+=+b+

plug the slope and the b value into our good old friend y=mx+b
+y+=+%28-1%2F7%29x+%2B+26%2F7+
This is slope intercept form ... if you need standard form (Ax + By = C)...
+y+=+%28-1%2F7%29x+%2B+26%2F7+
Add the x value to both sides
+%281%2F7%29x+%2B+y+=+26%2F7+
multiply by 7 to get rid of the fraction
+x+%2B+7y+=+26+
