find the slope
m = change of y / change of x




pick one of the ordered pairs and the m value and solve for b





plug the slope and the b value into our good old friend y=mx+b

This is slope intercept form ... if you need standard form (Ax + By = C)...

Add the x value to both sides

multiply by 7 to get rid of the fraction
