Hi,
Write an equation in slope-intercept form of the line that passes through the points
(-2,-1) and
(3,5) m = -6/-5 =
y = x + b
y = (6/5)x + b
5 = (6/5)·3 + b | using Pt(3,5) to find b
25/5 - 18/5 = 7/5 = b
y = (6/5)x + 7/5
