-1 ≤ 2x + 1 ≤ 3
-2 ≤ 2x ≤ 2
-1 ≤ x ≤ 1

-1 <= 2x+1 <=3
Subtract 1
-2 <= 2x <=2
Divide by 2
-1 <= x <= 1
