When you are graphing inequalities, first graph the line that is related to the inequality. In our case, we graph

(I will let you do this, but if you are unsure please let me know) .
Now you should have a line that breaks up your entire plane into two sections. Take any point in the one section and plug it into

(For eg if my point is (3,1) I would write 1>2(3)=6. Since this is not true, that whole section does not satisfy the inequality. You can pick another point in the other region now and check that it does satisfy the inequality. Which ever region satisfies the inequality, you can shade the whole region and that is how you would graph it.
