I am limited on how to draw the graph, but I will try to describe it.
Step #1. Plot the following points on a graph: (-2,1)(-2,2),(-2,4)(-2,0)(-2,-1)
(-2,-2)(-2,-3)(-2,-5)
.
Step #2. Once you have plotted all of the points above, connect the points with a dashed line instead of a solid black line.

Step #3. Shade everything to the left of the line.
