10y=15x+20
Divide thru by 5 to get:
2y=3x+4
Divide thru by 2 to get:
y=(3/2)x+2
Let x=0, then y=2 giving you point(0,2)
Let x=2, then y=5 giving you point (2,5)
Plot these two points and draw a line thru them.
That is your graph.
