Let's solve this by getting the second equation to equal x as follows:
15x-20y=-1
2y-1/5=x
Now substitute:
15(2y-1/5)-20y=-1
Rewritten as:
30y-3-20y=-1
Combine like terms and add3:
10y=2
y=1/5
Plug that into the first equation to get:
x=1/5
