Write an equation in general form of a circle with the given properties
Center at (-2,7); r=8 sqrt (5)
my answer was x^2 + y^2 + 4x - 14y - 267 = 0 marked incorrect
i tried a different equation and got it right. I dont know where I am making a mistake. Here is the one I tried and got correct but will not get credit for.
(-9,3); r=4 sqrt (2)
answer x^2 + y^2 +18x - 6y + 58 = 0
