I have to get it to the slope-intercept form so I can graph it and I'm stuck, looking for the 'B' part in y=mx+b. Please help me! Please and thank you. :D

Assume you mean
2x - 7y is less than or equal to 4
:
2x - 7y <= 4
Subtract 2x from both sides
-7y <= -2x + 4
y has to be positive, multiply both sides by -1, this reverses the inequality sign
7y >= 2x - 4
divide both sides by 7
y >= x - ; (the y = mx+b form, b = -4/7)
