why add zero? ___ is it a learning format thing...?
plot the two lines ___ the < is dotted and the ≥ is solid ___ plot them like equations
the lines will intersect and divide the graph into four zones
pick a point in each zone and substitute the x and y values into the inequalities ___ only one zone will work in both
___ this is the solution ___ it is not a point, it is a zone
