Question 559953: Graph the system of equations y=x-2 x-y=4
Answer by TutorDelphia(193) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
It is easy to graph lines that are in slope intercept form.
y=x-2 is already in that form.
x-y=4
move x over by subtracting x from both sides
-y=-x+4
Multiply by -1
y=x-4
The slope of both is 1 so they are parallel lines. One with a intercept of -4 and -2
