Let x = 0, then y = 2
Let y = 0, then x = 8/3

Plot(0,2) and (8/3,0)

Draw a line thru them.
That is the graph you want.

To graph a linear function, like , all you need to do is determine 2 points, plot them and connect them with a straight line. Choose easy to calculate and plot points that are not too close together. and/or are often useful.
