Get rid of the denominators; mult eq by 30 and you have:
10x + 6 => 3(x-2)
:
10x + 6 => 3x - 6
:
10x - 3x => -6 - 6
:
7x => -12
:
x => -12/7
:
I think set builder notation would be:
x|x| => -12/7, x is an element of real numbers
