I am going to assume that s is the independent variable like x and y is still the dependent variable. If I make that assumption the slope intercept form of this line is y=ms+b, where m is the slope and (0,b) is the y intercept.
2s-3y=6
-2s+2s-3y=-2s+6
-3y=-2s+6
-3y/-3=-2s/-3+6/-3
y=(2/3)s-2
The slope, m, is 2/3.
The y intercept, (0,b), is (0,-2)
