2x - 5y is greater than or equal too -15

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
graph the inequality
2x - 5y is greater than or equal too -15
-----
2x - 5y >= -15
---
Add 9y to both sides
Add 15 to both sides
----
2x + 15 >= 9y
---
Divide both sides by 9 to get:
y<= (2/9)x + (15/9)
y <= (2/9)x + (5/3)
-------------
Graph the Equality
Shade the half-plane below that boundary line.
