Y INTERCEPT IS 2..SO PLOT A POINT AT 2 UNITS FROM ORIGIN ON Y AXIS SAY P.IT IS (0,2)
SLOPE IS 3...THAT IS (Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)=3...SO CORRESPONDING TO INTERCEPT OF 2 UNITS ON Y AXIS,TAKE -2/3 UNITS ON X AXIS FROM ORIGIN MARKING IT AS Q (-2/3,0).
