Determine whether the solution set to the system of inequalities is the empty set or not.
y < 7x - 3
y > 7x - 1
(except that both signs should actually be greater than or equal and less than or equal)
I just spemt an hour with someone who couldn't answer the question. Anyone want to help me out?
