slope is (-1-1/2)/(5/3+3/4) or -1.5/[(20+9)/12] or -1.5/(29/12) or -1.5*12/29 or -18/29 then the equation of the line through -3/4,1/2 is
1/2=-18/29*-3/4+b or 1/2=54/116+b or 1/2=27/58+b or 1/2-27/58=b or
b=(29-27)/58 or b=2/58 or b=1/29 thus the equation for this line is
y=-18/29x+1/29
