Solve the inequality |1/2 x + 1| < 1/3
----------
The brackets are absolute value
Case 1:
x/2 + 1 < 1/3
x + 2 < 2/3
x < -4/3
----------
Case 2:
-1/2x - 1 < 1/3
-x/2 < 4/3
-x < 8/3
x > -8/3
