So 3[-78-(50-68)] = -180

0.3x+8<=0.7x-5

3x+80<=7x-50... Multiply EVERY term by 10 to move the decimal point 1 spot to the right.

80+50<=7x-3x

130<=4x

130/4 <= x

x >= 130/4

x >= 65/2

Whether it is decimals or whole numbers, idea is to combine Like terms
and isolate the variable on one side of the inequality
0.3x+8<+0.7x-5
-.4x < -13
x > 13/.4 |dividing by -.4 (a negative number) reverses the direction of the inequality
x > 32.5
