I suppose this is a straight line. Both x coordinates are the same both times. So if this was a straight line then the equation would be x=8. As the x coordinate is always 8 regardless of the y.

The slope = change in y divided by the change in x.
The change in x = 8 - 8 = 0.
You cannot divide by 0, so there is no defined slope.
But we can infer that this is a vertical line at x = 8.
