Question 421505: use the intercepts to graph the equation.
x+5y=10

Answer by emargo19(101)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Slope intercept equation (y=mx+b)
b = y-intercept
m=slope
x+5y=10
5y=-x+10

Slop is -1/5 and intercept(b)=2
Lets plot 2 on the y axis
Then go 1 place down from 2 (on the y-axis ) and 5 pts to the right on the x-axis.
