4x+y=6  OR y = -4x + 6  |slope of these parallel lines is m = -4

New Line

  y = -4x + b  |using orderedpari Pt(6,8) to solve for b

  8 = -4*6 + b

        32 = b

   y = -4x + 32  |y-intercept is Pt(0,32)
